We were originally going to use the *sell it ourself* companies and we couldn't be happier we didn't. We listed in keswick at the end of April 2022 when the market was turning into a buyers market. The team worked extremely hard to get us the most for our house. They actively sought out buyers from different parts of the GTA and beyond to bring in a number of showing. Still to this date (August 24 2022) there has still not been a house that has sold for more than we got. From the starting process of meeting with Kenneth to staging our house to extending the closing to finally closing, they have always been available (at any hour) to talk us off a ledge and cheer us up.
